E-Bike Tour Weather Policy

For your safety and equipment protection, Hideaway-Laos may need to cancel e-bike tours due to adverse weather conditions. This includes heavy rain, flooding, or forecasted storms, as our e-bikes are not designed for wet conditions.

If your tour is cancelled, we will offer alternative activities such as:

• Trekking
• Elephant experiences
• Kayaking
• A combination of activities

By booking with us, you agree to accept these alternative arrangements. Should you choose a lower-priced activity, we will refund the price difference between your original e-bike tour and the replacement activity.
